Privacy Policy

Tenit (the “Service”) values your privacy and processes only the information needed to run the Service. Tools used without signing in collect no personal information.

1. Information we process

  • Sign-up and sign-in: email address, hashed password (for email sign-up), and name (provided by Google for Google sign-in)
  • PDF sharing: uploaded files, file name and size, expiry date, download count
  • Automatically generated: sign-in cookies, language cookie, and access logs (such as IP address) for security and troubleshooting

2. Why we process it

  • To identify members and keep you signed in
  • To provide and manage PDF share links
  • To prevent abuse and keep the Service reliable

3. How long we keep it

  • Account information: deleted immediately when you delete your account
  • Shared files: deleted automatically after the expiry you choose (up to 30 days), or immediately when you delete your account
  • Files processed in your browser or sent to the conversion server are not stored (the conversion server deletes them as soon as it returns the result).

4. Service providers and international transfers

  • Supabase Inc.: authentication, storage of account information and shared files
  • Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting (does not store your files)
  • Google LLC: Google sign-in and the Office conversion server (Google Cloud Seoul region, files deleted right after conversion)
  • Some providers are located outside your country; information is transferred and processed only as needed to provide the Service.

5. Sharing with third parties

  • We don't share personal information with third parties except where required by law.

6. Your rights

  • On your account page you can review your information, delete shared files and delete your account.
  • For other requests to access, correct, delete or restrict processing, contact us below.

7. Security

  • All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
  • Passwords and share link passwords are stored in a form that can't be reversed.
  • Account information and shared files are accessible only to their owner.
