FAQ
Will the quality drop?
No. Vectors and fonts are copied as-is, not rasterized, so it stays sharp at any zoom.
I get an “old format” error.
The file uses the very old PostScript format, or was saved with “Create PDF Compatible File” turned off. Re-save it in Illustrator with that option on. Files saved without it may show only a “saved without PDF content” notice page.
What about multiple artboards?
We keep the PDF content exactly as Illustrator saved it — usually one page per artboard.
Are my files uploaded?
