FAQ
Is my file stored on the server?
No. The file you send is deleted as soon as the result is returned. Anything left behind by an error is deleted automatically within 10 minutes.
Can I use it for official submissions?
We produce PDF/A-2b. Requirements (1b, 2b, etc.) and validation rules vary by organization, so check what the recipient asks for.
